Membership Terms & Conditions

Book 30, 45 or 60 minute lash sessions online We are open 5 days a week inc two late evenings and weekends. Booking in advance is highly recommended as last minute appointment cannot be guaranteed.
Book as many appointments as you need each month.
150 minutes - for Ultimate Lash Club forms part of our fair usage policy. This should be more than ample to keep lash sets constantly full. Ask to speak with the manager should you believe further appointments are required for desired result.
Unused minutes cannot be carried over to the following month.
No refunds for unused minutes or brow service
You are required to follow any aftercare advice given by our therapists. Not following repeated advice will result in your subscription not being renewed.
Ultimate Lash Club is a rolling three month subscription.
You are agreeing to a 3 month membership.
Your monthly payment will be debited on the same date each month that your signed up
Includes a Full set of Classic or Hybrid Lashes on your first month of subscription. You can then top that up with volume lashes for a fuller look if you wish
Full set of lashes forms part of your 150 minute monthly session usage
10% discount treatments for Unlimited Lash Club members is applicable on the following treatments. Facials, Massage, Body Waxing, Intimate Waxing, Gel Nails and Pedicures.
Discount on the above services are not applicable with Suzanne, who is self employed
10% discount products for Lash Club members is applicable to Lash Care products.
Discounts are only available at the time you are a current member of the club. Otherwise, these treatments and products will be charged at full price.
No other lash discounts available with Lash Club. appointments
In unforeseen circumstances, such as staff sickness or salon closures, we will do our best to carry out your scheduled appointment but cannot guarantee this.
Usual booking, rescheduling and cancellation terms apply. Repeated 'no shows / late cancelations within 48 hours of appointments will result in memberships not being renewed.
Appointment cancelled within 48 hours will be deducted from your Lash Club minutes allowance
The club is available to all salon clients. If your re-occurring payment fails, the first ten clients to subscribe each month will be accepted.
