BOOKING TERMS

50% BOOKING FEE REQUIRED FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS

  • The value of your booking fee will be redeemed against the total value of your appointment 

  • Clients can book online via the website links, social media or the QR code displayed in the salon

  • For all online bookings you will automatically be asked to a 50% booking fee to secure the booking 

  • Booking fees for in house / phone bookings are required no later than 72 hours before your appointment. Or at time of booking if booked less that 72 until the appointment.  You will be emailed / text a payment link to settle the fee.

  • Clients who have failed to attend appointments in the past (no-show) are required to  pay the booking fee at the time of booking. 

  • Clients with a"No Show" history who have not paid the booking fee up to 72 hours before the appointment will automatically have the appointment cancelled.

  • Gift vouchers can be redeemed to pay the booking fee.  The cancelation term below will apply to booking fees paid with a gift voucher 

 

CANCELLATIONS 

BOOKING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE 

  • You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before the appointment time and your booking fee will be carried forward to the new time.

  • If you are unable to make a new booking, booking fees (and gift voucher redemptions) will not be refunded. 

  •  Appointments cancelled / rescheduled within 48 hours before their appointment will lose their booking fee (same as no show fee)  

  • Once an appointment has been cancelled, any new bookings will require a new booking fee. 

  • Cancellations within the 24 hours of the appointment time will be recorded as a “NO SHOW”

  • Clients with several NO-SHOW bookings may be refused service at UK Lash Studio in the future. 

NO SHOW FEES AND POLICIES

To ensure the efficient running of our salon and respect for all clients' time, the following policy applies for missed appointments:

  • No-Show Fee: Clients with three no-shows will be charged the full appointment cost, at the 3rd No Show, under the following conditions:

  • The appointment is canceled less than 12 hours before the scheduled time.

  • We are unable to rebook the appointment slot.

  • Payment Collection:

  • The outstanding amount will be charged automatically via our booking system.

  • If the payment cannot be processed immediately, we will attempt to collect the amount for up to 28 days.

  • Any unpaid balance must be cleared before scheduling a new appointment.

  • By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

MEMBERSHIPS - General

Please see membership terms for specific membership purchased.

General:

  • If you are unable to attend membership sessions, we can pause the membership once, for up to one month during the lifetime of the membership.

  • In exceptional circumstances (as deemed by the company) a refund can be issued as long as No sessions have been used (and  any booked sessions are cancelled within the 48 hour cancellation policy)  

  • Cancelling a membership and refunds will incur a £15 fee to cover bank / merchant fees and administration costs. It is required before a refund can be issued.

PRICE AND PAYMENT  

  • Payment of all appointments are made via in person, Online or Credit card. The booking system is not owned by the Supplier. It is a subscription service run by Fresha.com 

  • UK Lash Studio reserves the right to modify, update or run promotions on any service at any time. 

  • UK Lash Studio reserves the right to change the price of any service at any time. Once a service has been ordered, the price shall remain fixed for the Client. 

  • Under no circumstances shall the therapist refund the difference should the price of that service decrease
