Membership Terms & Conditions

Book 30, 45 or 60 minute lash sessions online up to one hour before appointment time.
Book as many appointments as you need each month.
180 minutes forms part of our fair usage policy. This should be more than ample to keep lash sets constantly full. Ask to speak with the manager should you believe further appointments are required for desired result.
You are required to follow any aftercare advice given by our therapists
Unused minutes cannot be carried over to the following month.
No refunds for unused minutes.
Includes a Full set of Classic or Hybrid Lashes on your first month of subscription. You can then top that up with volume lashes for a full look
Full set of lashes forms part of your 180 minute monthly usage
Your dedicated personal Lash Tech is our fully qualified Lash Technician Tia. Tia works 5 days a week, including two evenings and weekends. (During scheduled annual leave you will be notified and moved to another team member.
10% discount treatments for Unlimited Lash Club members is applicable on the following treatments. Facials, Body Waxing, Intimate Waxing, Brow Shape and Brow Shape and tint.
10% discount products for Unlimited Lash Club members is applicable to Lash Care products.
Discounts are only available at the time you are a current member of the club. Otherwise, these treatments will be charged full price.
In unforeseen circumstances, such as sickness or salon closures, we will do our best to carry out your scheduled appointment but cannot guarantee this.
Repeated 'no shows / late cancelations within 48 hours of appointments will result in memberships not being renewed.
The club is available to all salon clients. If your re-occurring payment fails, the first ten clients to subscribe each month will be accepted.
